Step 1: Prep Your Pup

Before heading out, make sure your pup is:

Registered with us
Up to date on required vaccinations
Ready to make new friends

Once that’s done, you’re officially cleared for adventure.

Step 2: Arrival & Check-In

When you arrive, head to check-in to get your pup logged for the day.

Once you’ve grow familiar with our park guidelines, finding the best membership option for you is easy.

Members—have your QR code ready to scan for a speedy start!

Keep your dog on leash while entering, and watch those gates. Once you’re safely inside the play yard… it’s time to unleash the fun.

Step 3: Explore the Park

Pups Patio is all about play, connection, and good vibes.

Let your pup roam and socialize in the off-leash area
Grab a drink or a snack for yourself
Treat your pup to something special from our pup snack selection
Find a shady spot, a splash zone, or a front-row seat to the fun

Every visit brings new smells, new friends, and new tail wags.

Step 4: Be Your Pup’s Sidekick

You know your dog best! Stay nearby, keep an eye on their play style, and step in if they need a break. Our team is always around to help keep things safe and positive, but you’re your pup’s ultimate adventure buddy.

Clean up after your pup (we’ve got supplies ready!)
Keep barking in check so everyone stays relaxed
Take breaks when needed—water, shade, and quiet moments are part of the journey too
